Rachel T. DiLeva of Livingston, NJ, formerly of Orange, NJ, gently passed away at home on Wednesday, November 30, 2016. She was 93 years old.
Visitation will be held in the Codey & Jones Funeral Home, 54 Roseland Avenue, Caldwell, NJ 07006 on Friday, December 2 from 5-8pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Philomena's R.C. Church, 386 S. Livingston Ave., Livingston, NJ 07039 on Saturday, Dec. 3 at 10:00am. The interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover, NJ. Born in Orange, NJ to Carmine and Marie Leo (Palmeri) Rachel was raised in Orange and lived most of her life in Livingston.
Rachel cared for her family and her home, she also worked as a cook for the Livingston Board of Education.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Anthony and her sisters, Geraldine Pulasky, Teresa Conzentino and Caroline Leo.
Surviving are her devoted daughter, Marie Garcia and her husband, Michael; dear brother, Matthew Leo; also several nieces and nephews.
