Anita C. Nolan, 72, a lifetime resident of Caldwell, NJ, passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer on Wednesday, August 29, 2017.

Anita's wishes were to be cremated and have a party. Family and friends are invited to a Memorial Party at Jim Johnston's Steakhouse, 58 Eisenhower Parkway, Roseland, NJ on Thursday, September 14 from 5-8pm. Born in Jersey City, NJ to Edward and Genevieve Shine, Anita's family moved to West Caldwell when she was 7. She graduated from James Caldwell High School in1963 and later from Montclair State College with a bachelor's degree in accounting. Anita retired as an administrative assistant from the GMS Group in Livingston.

Surviving are her devoted children and their spouses, Tracy and John Tofanelli of West Caldwell, NJ and Keith and Lauren Nolan of Caldwell, NJ; loving siblings, Laura Shine-Revilock and her husband, Will, Michael Shine and his wife, Kathy, Joseph Shine and his wife, Caron and Eileen Bonfield and her companion, David; cherished Nana to Abigail, John and Clayton Tofanelli, Tyler and Riley Nolan; also Aunt to Alexandra Shine, Colin & Ryan Bonfield and Myah Revilock; Keith & Tracy's Step brother Darren Lueddecke and her dear friends from her Girl's Night Out group who she loved spending every Thursday with for the past 47 years.
