Obituary of James Rory McGurran

James Rory McGurran, 65, of Randolph, New Jersey, peacefully passed away on Sunday March 18, 2018 at Compassionate Care Hospice in Dover, NJ.

 

Born in Flushing, New York to the late Daniel and the late Marguerite (Fox) McGurran, Jim was raised in the White Stone Section of Queens, New York and lived in Branchburg and Lincoln Park before moving to Randolph where he has resided for 21 years.

 

He attended Pace University and worked in the corporate world before founding his own business, Onsite Computer Services. He retired in 2017.

 

Jim is survived by his beloved wife, Teresa Lynn (Monarque) McGurran; devoted sons, Michael McGurran and his wife, Christina, and Patrick McGurran; loving sister, Maura Bradshaw and dear brother, Dan McGurran; cherished grandchildren, Sean, Abigail and Ryan.

 

Relatives and friends can visit with the family at the Codey & Jones Funeral Home, 54 Roseland Avenue, Caldwell, NJ on Thursday, March 22, 2018 from 4-8pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at Notre Dame R.C. Church, 359 Central Avenue, North Caldwell, NJ on Friday, March 23, 2018 at 10:00am.
