Obituary of Peter Russoniello
Peter J. Russoniello, 72, of Bloomfield, NJ, passed away on Thursday, August 23, 2018.
Visiting will be held in the Codey & Jones Funeral Home, 54 Roseland Avenue, Caldwell, NJ on Monday, August 27th from 4-8 pm. Services will be held on Tuesday, August 28th at 10:00 am in the funeral home. The interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover, NJ. Born in Orange, NJ and raised in East Orange, NJ, Peter was the son of the late Anthony and Mary (Scannelli) Russoniello. He was a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, NJ.
Peter was a successful businessman in East Orange, Montclair, Bloomfield, South Orange and West Orange where he owned and operated convenience stores and a delicatessen. He retired owning The Quick Mart in West Orange.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Anthony Russoniello and brother-in-law, Daniel Tarantino.
Surviving are his sisters, Theresa Pavoni and Maryanne Tarantino; partner, Jamie Rivera; also several nieces and nephews.
