Obituary of Anna Sczech

Anna Sczech, 92, formerly of Bloomfield, New Jersey, passed away on Wednesday, March 6, 2019.

Anna was born in Orange, New Jersey to William and Elizabeth McManus. She was the wife of the late Joseph Sczech.  She was also pre-deceased by her parents, her brother Billy, her sister-in-law Doris and her nephew Bill.

Mrs. Sczech was a lifelong resident of Essex County.  She was a bookkeeper for many years with Fireman’s Insurance in Newark, New Jersey.  She especially enjoyed her home on Clover Lane and the friendship and support of her neighbors there.

 Anna joins her family in heaven and is survived by a few neighbors and friends.

Funeral from the Codey & Jones Funeral Home, 54 Roseland Avenue, Caldwell, NJ on Friday, March 15 where friends can visit from 9-10:30 am.  Then to St. Aloysius R.C. Church, 219 Bloomfield Avenue, Caldwell where at 11:00 am a Funeral Mass will offered.  Interment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover, NJ.
