Thomas W. Anderson, 69, of West Caldwell, NJ, formerly of Egypt, PA, passed away on July 31, 2019.
Born in Newark, NJ and raised in West Caldwell, NJ, Tom was the son of Evelyn (Keil) and the late Charles Anderson.
Tom graduated from James Caldwell High School in 1968 and proudly served in the US Air Force during the Vietnam War.
Mr. Anderson was a long distance truck driver for Abilene Motor Express in Roanoke, VA before his retirement.
Tom enjoyed surf fishing with friends in his spare time.
He is survived by his mother, Evelyn; sons, John and Brian; grandson, Owen and a nephew, Andrew. Preceding him in death were his father, Charles; a brother, John and sister, Christine.
A graveside service with military honors will be held on Friday, September 13, 2019 at 1:00 pm in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Caldwell, NJ.
