Thomas D. Higgins, 63, of West Orange, NJ, passed away on Wednesday, March 25, 2020.
Born in Orange, NJ, to James W., Sr., and Drusilla Higgins, Tom was raised West Orange where his lived his entire life.
Tom worked recently worked at Target in East Hanover, NJ.
He is survived by his only brother, James W. Higgins, Jr. of Caldwell, NJ.
A Christian Service was held on Friday, March 27th at Cloverleaf Memorial Park in Woodbridge, NJ where Tom will rest with his parents and grandparents. When we can all safely gather a memorial service will be announced.
