North Jersey Volunteer Firemen's Association:
Frank was our devoted Vice President to Essex County.
All of us here at the NJVFA will sorely miss his attentive manner and knowledge that he gave to the Association and, as well as, to
the West Caldwell Fire Dept..
The NJVFA extends its deepest condolences to Frank's wife, Ann and family and his family of fellow firefighters at the NJVFA, the West Caldwell Fire Dept., the NJ State Exempt Firemen's Association and the NJ State Firemen's Association.,
